Buffer zone hiking takes you through a mosaic of grassland, riverine forest, and sal woodland on established trails. Guides read the landscape as they walk — pointing out rhino footprints, tiger scrapes, birds' nests, medicinal plants, and the signs of seasonal change.
Half-day hikes cover 5-8 km at a gentle pace. The focus is observation and learning rather than physical endurance — suitable for all fitness levels. A bottle of water and good shoes are all you need.
